She leads the design process with both technical skill and artistic intuition, drafting every plan with intention and layering in details that make each home feel personal, polished, and completely livable. An expert in finishes, color theory, and material pairings, Andi brings a designer’s eye and a builder’s understanding to every decision.

Beyond the drawings and renderings, Andi walks clients through their design selections. From tile to paint to hardware, she helps them create a cohesive, elevated palette that reflects their style and fits their budget. She makes the process feel inspired, not intimidating.
